Join Simon Humble, chef and co-owner of Melbourne’s acclaimed Tutto Bene, and TV chef Dominique Rizzo of Ready Steady Cook for a night of fantastic food and wine. The two talented chefs will create an innovative, three-course menu of Italian favourites, with each dish inspired by the fresh tastes of Riccadonna Asti and Riccadonna Ruby sparkling wine.
