REFUNDS & RETURNS Southgate Progressive Dinners - All bookings for Southgate’s Dinners are confirmed in writing to the group organiser.
- The group organiser is sent postal notification via a confirmation letter.
- The confirmation letter should be received by the payee at least seven (7) days prior to the dinner. If you have not received your confirmation letter seven (7) days prior to your nominated dinner, please telephone (03) 9699 4311 or email us.
- Dinners must be paid in full to secure bookings.
- Cancellations on the day of the dinner or individuals not 'showing up' for the dinner cannot be refunded, as the relevant restaurant/s have reserved your booking.
- We encourage the group organiser to ensure all individuals within their party are reminded of the dinner.
- Should you wish to alter the numbers in your dinner booking, please telephone (03) 9699 4311 or email us. At least 24 hours notice is required, to allow time for your reservation at the relevant restaurant/s to be altered.
- Should you wish to cancel your dinner booking, please telephone (03) 9699 4311 or email us. At least 24 hours notice is required, to allow time for your reservations to be cancelled at the relevant restaurant/s.
Gift Vouchers - Orders for Southgate Gift Vouchers are processed and posted on the next business day.
- Refunds for Southgate Gift Vouchers can only be given to the original purchaser, if payment has been made via a credit card. The credit account utilised to purchase the Southgate Gift Voucher will be credited with the face value of the Southgate Gift Voucher, minus a 5% administration fee.
- Refunds are not given for Southgate Gift Vouchers purchased with cash.
- The original Southgate Gift Voucher must be posted or presented, intact, to Southgate Management, 3 Southgate Avenue, Southbank VIC 3006, at the sender’s expense, within seven (7) days of purchase.
- The Gift Voucher must not have expired.
